

JULIA CLIFFORD- Managing Director, project and innovations lead.
I love creating new and exciting projects for the club to do and participate in. I thrive on imagining new ideas and seeing them through till completion. Although my role is mainly office based I am a qualified fitness coach. When I teach I am nicknamed the “Sergeant Major” I am loud, love to talk and love to push members to new levels of fitness whilst making everyone giggle at the same time. I specialise in backs after having major back surgery myself so understand members pains and inhibitions about exercising with a bad back. I also love nutrition and will help you find the right meal plan, vitamin or supplement to make you feel in tip top condition.

LISA DYKES- Managing Director, Carlisle Club Manager
As club manager for the Carlisle club I am the first point of contact for members and guests. I thrive in improving our communities health and wellbeing and love hearing about peoples success stories. I am a qualified activity coach and I love teaching dance based exercises and routines. I come from a performance background so love all things dance, singing and general silliness.
I also specialise in the technical side iCan. From music preparation to editing this website, social media pages, videos and marketing.

Lisa is currently studying for a senior business leader masters degree at the University of Cumbria




SUZAN HUNTER- Volunteer Director- Rebounding lead and instructor
I’m a volunteer here at iCan. I work full time for the NHS but I love being part of this amazing team and giving something back to my community.
I am a qualified Rebounding instructor and teach all the Carlisle club classes, through my love of Rebounding, I shared my passion with classes members and now manage my team of Member mentors who teach classes across Cumbria.

I love to Bounce & use the iCan Live Well Guide on a daily basis. It really is a useful tool for all!
I come from a Performing Arts background and when I am not Bouncing with W.O.W I am often dancing around in my house or garden.
Prior to joining the W.O.W Team I was a Project & Insights Manager in Tactical Field Sales responsible for Events from conception until completion.
I am excited to kick-start the W.O.W process in Cumbria bringing the facility to all corners of this great County before (hopefully) expanding the project far and wide across the country.
